If it isn't right, send it back. If something fails, we fix it.

30-day returns

Return any standard piece within 30 days of delivery. It must be unworn and in its original box. Custom-made pieces (custom lengths, widths or karats) are final sale.

How to return

• We'll send return instructions.
• Your refund goes back to the original payment method once the piece is received and checked.

90-day warranty

Every piece is covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects. If a clasp or link fails under normal wear in that time, we'll repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, misuse or normal wear.
